Terms & Conditions of using Necci

ON ACCESSORIES

Necci has a 3-day refund and or exchange policy subject to the items being:

  1. Unused
  2. Undamaged
  3. In its original packaging
  4. With original receipt upon time of refund or exchange

Note: For hygiene reasons, no refund or exchange will be made on unwrapped bed linens, fabrics, and mattresses.

ON FURNITURE

Scheduling - Necci will schedule deliveries upon receipt of full payment. All items purchased by customers can be put on lien for no more than 3 days and in the event payments are incomplete, the items will be released to the showroom for sale.

Delivery - Necci UAE will communicate a clear date of delivery to its customers via SMS, email and telephone. In the event that no one is available to accept the item(s) from your end, the item(s) will be returned to Necci and the customer will bear additional charges of AED 200 for the second delivery attempt. Any postponed orders on the part of the customers will bear additional costs based on Necci storage fees which are 20% value of invoice. Please note that if there is any misinformation on the part of the customer regarding address and location that add delays in the delivery will be at no fault to Necci UAE

Damages - Necci will not accept any responsibility for any claims of damages once items have been delivered, installed and signed by the customer.

Storage - Necci customers can request storage of purchased items that have been paid in full for a period of maximum 10 days. Items not collected thereafter shall be considered unwanted and will be resold by Necci. Under such conditions Necci can only offer an exchange with no cash refund.

Cancellation - Necci honors cancellations made 120 hours prior to delivery. However, any cancellation made on the date of delivery shall be subject to a fee of 20% from total bill amount. Additionally, there will be no cancellation accepted of showroom items which are marked as "Last Piece".

Refunds - Refunds for all cash purchase will be done by Cheque only and may take up to 7 working days. For any purchase done by card (debit/credit) will be refunded back to the same card within 7 working days only.
